Online Grading
You have the possibility to grade with the new world wide online grading process that we have created. You will record your videos, send them to us, and our board of examiners will check them all and will send you all the feedback needed to make sure you progression is on the right direction, it´s like a one to one private lesson for you.

At Solo we teach an Integrated Martial Arts Curriculum for adults that is both comprehensive and progressive.
Our teaching uses a fantastic rotational curriculum format, combining skills from Kickboxing, Boxing, Jiu-jitsu ground work , Filipino martial arts, Self defence tactics and conflict avoidance strategies.
Integrated with your own personal development goals, we believe the system delivers in all aspects of training, learning and growth.
Kickboxing is the Foundation of the System on which we base all the additional skills you will learn. In the first 4 belt levels you learn all the key elements such as strikes and kicks to give you that solid foundation on which to build your evolving skill set.
Student programme: It’s a 4 year programme curriculum, from white belt to black belt.
There are no long term binding agreement, so you can cancel your learning anytime
Online student virtual learning: cost £37 per month
The programme is divided into 4 years , each year has is divided into 4 terms of study.
so by completing the full programme you will complete the 16 terms of training, study and investigation
