I've signed my son up for children's class last year. I was impressed with the mixture of techniques and the fact that Sensei Dee has child psychology under her belt! As I was observing how children develop their skills and followed solo on social media I gave it a go with 6 weeks course and I love it! Adults class is for all abilities and you almost feel like it is 1 to 1 the way they teach at Solo. I highly recommend giving Solo a go.

I love my Zoom classes with Darren and the SOLO studios staff! not only do I get a live weekly workout but there are also loads of online content to help me work on different skills and keep my fitness up. Darren is a fantastic motivator and shows every lesson how much he knows his trade. I couldn't recommend him more. Thanks SOLO.

Solo Martial Arts is a fantastic place to be with great instructions. Everyone is treat like family from the youngest to the oldest. My daughter has been going for about 8years and loves every minute she is there. It has helped her cope with a lot in her personal life and given her so much confidence as well as a beautiful figure. I recently completed intro sessions with sensei Dee who was brilliant and understanding about some physical limitations when training. Just finished my first session and it felt great. Genuinely fun whilst pushing me to get better and felling comfortable the whole time. Cannot wait for the next few sessions.

Darren's 1-2-1 virtual lessons are fun, beneficial (mentally and physically) and always interesting. He is very attentive, with a great approach to teaching and will always leave you feeling great and positive about yourself. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve themselves, as it is a very flexible way of learning/training.
