Adult training at SOLO Martial Arts is built around strong foundations, clear structure, and confidence developed properly, not rushed or improvised.

While SOLO is best known for developing confident, focused children, we also offer a dedicated adult pathway for those who want structured training, real progression, and personal growth. This pathway is ideal for adults returning to training or starting for the first time.

Adults do not train alongside children. They follow a separate Foundations programme, built around confidence, fitness, discipline, and long-term development, not casual drop-in classes.

Who This Training Is For

This adult pathway is designed for people who want more than a workout.

It’s a good fit if you:

  • Are new to martial arts and want to start properly
  • Are returning after time away and want a structured re-entry
  • Want to build confidence, discipline, and physical capability
  • Prefer clear progression over random classes


You don’t need prior experience.

How Adult Training Works at SOLO

Adult training at SOLO follows a separate Foundations pathway with clear standards and expectations.

Training is progressive, supportive, and delivered in a calm, focused environment, allowing adults to develop skill and confidence properly, without intimidation or pressure.

All adult training at SOLO begins with an Adult Confidence Foundations Session.

This one-to-one session is designed to:

  • Understand your experience, confidence, and goals
  • Assess readiness for structured training
  • Introduce how training works at SOLO
  • Ensure the pathway is the right fit, for you and for us

This is not a trial class. It’s a purposeful starting point, designed to give clarity before commitment.
