How long do you have to read for?
Start with just 15 minutes per day and if you feel like reading more, then great. And if not, at least you got your 15 minutes in.
You can still read other books for entertainment however those 15 minutes should be devoted to improving you and only you.
When is the best time to read?
It’s really up to you as long as you actually do it. Studies have shown that the two best times to read are within the first hour of waking up and the hour just before you go to bed.
