Self-Discipline Challenge

“Who’s Going to Take the Self-Discipline Challenge?”

World Champion fighter, Jadi Tention says that it takes three things in order to achieve what you want in life. First, you must make sacrifices. Those sacrifices will cause you to suffer and once you work through it you will succeed. For example, if you want to be an amazing kicker you will have to schedule time to practice your kicks. In order to make more time you will have to sacrifice other activities to make room for it. You also may not be used to kicking so much so the increased repetitions may cause you to be sore. The cool thing is that by sacrificing the time and energy to improve your kicks you should be able to see a big difference in 3 to 6 months which means that you will have succeeded. To sum it up Sensei Tention says you must, “If you want success, there are 3 things you must go through. Sacrifice, Suffer and Succeed.”
Are you ready to take the “Be Disciplined” challenge?
Pick something that you need to give up in your life, like a bad habit.
Make that sacrifice for 30 days.
So, what are you going to sacrifice?
No t.v., no video games, no junk food?
Think about something you want to achieve really bad. What is keeping you from accomplishing your goal? Eliminate that for the next 30 days and replace it with an action that will help get you closer to making your dream come true. After the 30 days are up, you will have developed a new habit of success. That’s a definite win-win situation for you and I guarantee you will absolutely love the results!
